My Valentine

We got to go on an early Valentine's date on Friday. It was a beautiful evening in Del Mar. The night involved a long walk, a really weird guy doing some sort of jujitsu moves on the lawn, a yummy dinner and dessert at Jake's and a beautiful sunset that we were able to watch from our dinner table.

Most of all, I was just glad to be with Mike. He really is the best. A lady at church just recently commented on what a gentleman Mike is and she asked me if he was like that at home. I loved that I could honestly say, "Oh yes, he is always helping me out." I really am so thankful to have him as a husband and daddy to Sophia.
