We walked into Fresh and Easy the other day and Sophia saw a big painting on the wall of rolling hills. She said is a very expessive voice, "Oh, Mama, look at the beautiful creation."

I love that she calls pictures of nature "creation."

Don't Forget Your Pants

I told Sophia that I needed to go and get dressed before we left to go somewhere. She yelled from the other room, "Mom, don't forget to put pants on so that you will be modest!"

Good thing I have her around to make sure I have all my ducks in a row!

A Little Bit of Drama

Livvy is a bit dramatic. She is a very expressive girl who loves to babble and let you know exactly how she is feeling at that moment. I think I might have my first strong-willed child.

Book Girl

Since Livvy is now crawling around everywhere she is starting to get into a lot of stuff. One of her favorite activities is pulling books off of the bookshelf and looking at each of them. I love it when she sits on her knees. For some reason it looks especially cute. Hopefully she will like books as much as her sister, but not quite as much as her Grandma Barbie. We don't have room for that much "book liking.":)

Livvy 9 Months

This kids just keeps getting cuter by the day. She loves to dance and swings back and forth to music. She waves at everyone and everything and gives the sweetest smile to anyone who will look at her. Liv now is officially crawling, but only does it when she really wants something. Her favorite things to go after are the XBOX , Mommy, Daddy's hair and Sophia.

Words She Says: Mama, Dada, Hi

Signs: more and all done

New Tricks: blowing kisses, pulling-up, and crawling

Sleeping: Still 2 naps around 9 and 1 and bedtime around 7:00. Sleeping through the night except for the 5:00am feed that doesn't matter in comparison to how things used to be as a newborn.

Teeth: 2 with 4 top teeth trying to break through. This, needless to say, has caused a lot of drama lately.

Food: Not really into a lot of food except Mum Mum's and Cherrios. She does like to nurse which is not a problem now, but I think she will be a bit harder to wean than Sophia.
