I found this recipe online yesterday http://theenchantedcook.blogspot.com/2011/10/parmesan-crusted-chicken-hellmanns-mayo.html and made it tonight. It was so delicious and, my favorite, easy.
I used nonfat greek yogurt instead of mayo and put it in a salad.
Try it. You won't regret it.
