We have been talking to Sophia about why Jesus got "owies" on his hands and feet. She knows about Adam and Eve and that they had to leave the garden because they didn't obey God and sinned. Also, she knows that Jesus got "owies" because of our sin.
Tonight, when we were driving in the car, she said, "Mama, pray for Jesus." I asked why we needed to pray for him and she said, "Pray his owies on hands and feet get better." This was very sweet. She'll understand the full story soon enough.
