We ate our donuts and coffee and packed up a lunch and beach stuff. It was so cute because I had recently been talking about wanting donuts as well as wanting to go to the beach for a picnic.
At the beach we walked around for a while, watched the seals, ate lunch, took a little snooze and then played cards. It was absolutely perfect weather and not too crowded since it was Friday instead of Saturday.
I'm so thankful that I have such a sweet husband!

You have a VERY wise husband who knows how to take care of his wife! Enjoy it cause surprise trips to the beach are going to be a little different in about 19 days or so! :)
