10 Things I Didn't Know Before Becoming a Mom...

1. Babies need to eat very frequently and it doesn't matter if it fits in with my schedule or not

2. It is very hard to maneuver a shopping cart with a car seat on it and you are bound to run into things the first few times

3. I can get a lot of things done within a very small window of time

4. Grocery shopping has gone from being a relaxing time of luxury to a necessity the needs to be done as quickly as possible

5. Filling out forms at the doctors office while holding a crying baby that is spitting-up is possible

6. God seems to provide me with just enough sleep and breaks to help me enjoy being a mom

7. I now have an understanding as to why mom's get so excited to go and hang out with their friends or go on a date without their kids

8. Changing diapers is not so bad when it's your own kid

9. I would love watching the daily changes in Sophia

10. I would need a lot of help!!!!

Well said! Hard to really know until you've been there. It sounds like you are adapting quickly, and enjoying every bit of your sweet baby girl.

So funny and true! I love the filling out forms while holding a crying, spitting-up baby. You will be a pro at this in no time! Mike says you already are. :)
