Heartbeat
We had our first doctors appointment today and everything looked good. I'm almost 8 weeks along making the baby in between the size of a blueberry and a kidney bean. We got to see the heartbeat for the first time which was a bit of a relief to me. The baby even did a little jump during the evaluation. Below are the pictures from our appointment.

So cool Katie and so glad you got to do this... I know it was wonderful peace of mind for me personally to see that little thing planted with a nice steady beating heart. =) Praying for you and I'm so excited for you!

Excellent. ah, this takes me back, how wonderfully exciting and terrible frightening all at the same time. You can't wait to meet your little one but at the same time feel so helpless when it comes to caring for your little one. (but mostly exciting)
