My friend, Ann, is getting married on Saturday and we had her bachlorette party last night. It was great to have some girl time away from Sophia. Daddy decided to experiment with her toys while I was gone and the picture below is the result.









Sophia is loving her new chair and constantly rolls over onto her stomach. I'm able to put her stroller seat all the way up which makes the ride a lot more fun for her. You may notice that I rarely have clothes on Sophia. My philosophy is that if I'm at home and it's hot it saves me laundry and keeps her cool not to wear clothes. I do put them on when we go out, though.

For some reason, whenever Mike sings to Sophia using his deep voice it makes her sad. Her sad lip is classic in this video.

4 Months

Sophia is 4 months old today. She has become very active and engaging. This month she started rolling over consistantly, laughing and making some really silly noises. Below are some videos of her latest tricks.

Sophia took her first plane ride to go and see all of my family in Washington St. It was such a great time to see all of them and just spend time playing cards, taking naps, picking blackberries, and reconnecting with one another. I can't wait until Sophia is older and really gets to experience and enjoy the beach.

Sophia went in the pool for the first time yesterday. She mostly enjoyed the floaty toys and the movement of the water. Here are some pics our time.

Chatty Sophia

Sophia has become very chatty. She does some noise with her throat constantly and seems to be singing. The video below is what happens during most of her waking hours. She even talks/sings herself to sleep if I put her in her bed while she's happy. What a great kid.
